When a person smiles it lights up their face as well as others. I realized at a young age that having a healthy and confident smile can change a person’s life. I’ve always had a passion for disease prevention through living a healthy lifestyle and oral health plays a critical role in one’s overall well being. As a dental hygienist, I value the rapport I build with my patients, and this allows me the opportunity to help them achieve healthy beautiful smiles. Every day I learn from my patients, and it’s those one-to-one interactions that bring me happiness and enjoyment in the profession.

I’ve completed seven Cycle Oregon bike rides in addition to numerous week-long self-supported rides.

Even though I was a cheerleader, I don’t follow any specific teams. I’d rather see a concert or live theater production.
